Here's how our Gift Cards work:

1. Preset values are available for purchase online. To purchase a custom value, please contact us at +65 8499 8989 for further arrangements.

2. Gift Cards have a validity of 1 calendar year from date of purchase (ie 3 Mar 2023 to 2 Mar 2024). 

3. Gift Cards can be redeemed in part or in full, online and in-store. To redeem your Gift Card, you may either provide us with the code that was emailed to you, or the registered details of the Gift Card Holder.

4. For the Purchaser: Please double check the details you have provided for the Gift Card Holder, as the code will be emailed to them, and these details will be used for verification at point of redemption.

5. Gift Cards are treated as Cash, and multiple Gift Cards can be used in one purchase.

6. Gift Cards are transferable. Only the Registered Gift Card Holder may initiate a transfer. To process, please contact us at +65 8499 8989.
