Delivery

Orders above $800 are eligible for one complimentary delivery trip, to street/ lift-landing level.

Staircase-carrying is not included, and will incur a separate fee that will be quoted based on the size of your item.

Lead Time

All consoles are made-to-order and will be ready for delivery 8 weeks from date of payment.

Warranty

This item is eligible for a standard manufacturing warranty of 1 years, covering the labour, hardware and transport (up to street/lift landing) charges incurred for rectifications, in the event of a claim.

User damage, as well as improper use and storage are not covered by warranty.

Restoration

Practice sustainable consumption by investing in items that are built to last.

This item is fully constructed in solid American Black Walnut, and finished with VOC-free Rubio Monocoat Hardwax Oil.

In the event of accidents or wear and tear, it is easily restorable either by DIY, or you may contact us to book a service.
