Frequently Asked Questions

As we customise all corporate orders, we do not keep any standard stock on hand. For this reason, lead times for corporate orders typically ranges from 10 to 12 weeks from design confirmation, as manufacturing will only start after your order has been finalised.

If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we will assess whether earlier delivery is possible based on the details of your project.

We specialise in customised luxury furniture and fittings.

We mostly work with solid hardwood, stone, and steel. Glass and premium birch plywood are also available options.

Our pieces are designed to be long term investments, with the potential for repair/ renewal as it wears out. We do not make fast furniture.

If you have a particular design in mind, please send it to us and let us know if it is simply a reference (inspiration), or if it is a specific design that you need executed.

Please bear in mind that we do not copy designs, so if it is not an original by yourself, we will recommend adaptations or amendments based on your user requirements.

If you do not have a particular design in mind, you can simply let us know what your user requirements and dimensions are, and our team will propose a possible design based on your specifications.

We use a combination of image references, technical drawings and prototypes (where applicable) for communications.

This depends on the specifics of your order. Many variables influence the quote we send to you, including your choice of material, quantity of pieces, complexity of customisation, and lead time requirements etc.

In general we are able to offer better per unit rates for corporate orders than consumer orders, as there are economies of scale to bulk purchases/ manufacturing that allow us to pass on the cost savings.

For all custom corporate orders, a deposit of 50% is required to start work.

The balance 50% payment is due on completion, prior to delivery. Delivery will be scheduled within 7 working days of receipt of payment.

You will be able to check the product at our warehouse prior to making the balance payment, if necessary.

This depends on the details of your order, specifically the type of materials you have chosen.

In general, for solid wood furniture, we have a full suite of support services, ranging from simple maintenance oiling, to refinishing and repairs. Prices will depend on whether you prefer to request an ad-hoc service, or wish to customise a package of services upfront.
