We take orders up to 4 months in advance.
For items selected from ex-stock with no further customisation required, delivery can be scheduled within 3 weeks.
Rush delivery may be possible on request - please let us know when placing your order so we can check for you. Kindly note that once your rush delivery slot is confirmed, any changes will incur a redelivery fee.
Customised orders typically require 5-6 weeks, depending on the specifics of the customisation required. This can go up to 7-8 weeks during peak periods.
Unfortunately, we have limited warehousing space, so all storage beyond 4 months from date of order will incur storage fees ranging from $100 to $240 + GST, depending on the size of storage required.
