When it comes to passing on savings to the customer, we keep a close eye on costs that may be unnecessarily contributing to the prices you see. For this reason we only offer free delivery and installation on orders exceeding SGD800 in one trip. This covers most tables in our collection. Items that are likely to fall under SGD800 include coffee tables, benches, side tables and offcuts that are usually small enough to be picked up in a private vehicle. Do note that some items listed on the website have already included delivery as a default, please read the fine print on the listing for details.
Warehousing and storage is also a big contributor to costs and therefore we require all customers to pick up or receive delivery of their orders within 30 calendar days of being notified that they are ready to go.

Here is what we offer:

  1. Free delivery and installation on one trip for orders exceeding SGD800. This is conducted on working weekdays 9am to 9pm only and is arranged on first-come-first-served basis, so do lock in your preferred time-slot if you have one.

  2. Should you need delivery to occur on a weekend or public holiday, please discuss with your sales adviser before ordering. This may incur a separate fee, which will be quoted to you based on the specifics of your requirements.

  3. Please check that your delivery agreement, especially any deviation from our stated policy, is reflected in detail on your invoice. As we cannot control communications between individuals, we will defer to the details indicated in your invoice for any dispute resolution.

  4. All items must be picked up/ delivered within 30 calendar days of readiness. Should you require a longer delivery timeline, please speak to your sales associate before ordering. Depending on the specifics of your requirements a warehousing fee may be chargeable and this will be quoted to you to consider before making your decision.

  5. In the event that a delayed delivery date has been requested at the point of purchase, any subsequent request to bring the delivery date forwarded must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of the desired date. Any request to delay the delivery further will incur storage fees that will be quoted to you.

  6. Our complimentary delivery service is only applicable to lift-landing levels or ground-floor access. Any requirements to carry up stairs must be notified in advance and will be chargeable depending on the size of order and number of stairs. Please check that any discussions you may have had with your salesperson on special delivery arrangements are clearly indicated on your invoice we will defer to the invoice in the event of any dispute.

  7. The Table Guy Singapore reserves the right to dispose of items not collected within the stipulated window in any way deemed suitable, without notice.

  8. Please ensure that a trusted person is present at the scheduled delivery to receive and inspect the items. Should delivery or installation be unsuccessful due to absence of a decision-maker, second delivery / installation fees will apply for a return trip. Your sales person will quote you prior to making arrangements.

  9. Deliveries will be scheduled only upon receipt of complete payment, and may take up to 2 weeks to schedule depending on the load at the time.
